Implementation and onboarding
Properties, pipelines, lifecycle stages and permissions configured around how your teams work, with onboarding so every team uses it the same way.
Koben is a HubSpot agency on the Gold Coast, working with organisations in Brisbane and across Australia. We handle HubSpot implementation and onboarding, HubSpot CMS website design and development, and integration with Umbraco and the rest of your systems, so every form, enquiry and payment lands on the right contact record.

HubSpot brings marketing, sales, content and customer service into one platform. The value comes when those tools share the same data. We configure HubSpot around how your teams actually work, connect it to your website and back-office systems, and keep the records your teams rely on accurate. As an Umbraco specialist and HubSpot agency, we also connect HubSpot to Umbraco sites, so you get a flexible CMS and a capable CRM without choosing one over the other.
Properties, pipelines, lifecycle stages and permissions configured around how your teams work, with onboarding so every team uses it the same way.
Deal pipelines, email templates, sequences, meeting scheduling, quotes and payments set up so every lead is followed up on time.
Forms, lists, email, lead scoring and workflows built on a connected contact record, so campaigns reach the right people.
Ticketing, live chat, knowledge base and feedback surveys tied to the same record, so your support team has full context.
Custom themes, drag-and-drop modules, smart content, built-in SEO and blogging on HubSpot CMS, where it is the right fit.
HubSpot forms, tracking and contact sync on Umbraco and headless sites, so marketing gets CRM data without changing website platforms.
HubSpot connected to payment gateways, donation platforms, ERPs and in-house systems through its API and webhooks.
Dashboards and attribution built on clean data, so reports show what is happening across marketing, sales and service.
Most HubSpot problems start with the data. Duplicate contacts, inconsistent properties and forms that don't map cleanly make automation unreliable and reports hard to trust. Every HubSpot implementation we run starts with the data model: properties, lifecycle stages, associations and naming conventions. Existing records are then cleaned and migrated into it, from HubSpot itself, another CRM or spreadsheets. Onboarding and training for each team follow, so the system is used the way it was designed.

HubSpot CMS suits marketing-led websites where a small team wants to manage pages, landing pages and email in one tool, and the site does not need complex custom functionality. For those sites we handle HubSpot website design and development: custom themes, reusable modules and templates your team can edit. Organisations with large content estates, complex integrations, strict accessibility or hosting requirements, or an existing investment in Umbraco are usually better served by Umbraco for the website, with HubSpot handling CRM and marketing automation. We recommend on fit. Both approaches use the same CRM data.

Workflows, lead scoring, sequences and ticket routing only help when they reflect how your teams work. We map the process first, then build the automation in HubSpot to match: lead handover from marketing to sales, follow-up tasks, onboarding and nurture emails, renewal reminders and service notifications. Each workflow is documented so your team can maintain it after handover.

HubSpot rarely runs on its own. We connect it to websites, payment gateways, donation and event platforms, ERPs and finance systems through the HubSpot API and webhooks, with logging and alerts so a failed sync is picked up before it affects your data. It is the same approach we use for Salesforce, TechnologyOne and Paydock integrations on our client platforms.

Our API integration services sit at the centre of how modern platforms operate. When they’re built with intent, data moves predictably between systems, teams stop compensating manually, and platforms hold up under real-world demand.

Both. We build websites on HubSpot CMS and set up and integrate HubSpot's Marketing, Sales and Service Hubs. We also connect HubSpot CRM to websites built on Umbraco and other platforms.
Yes. HubSpot forms and tracking can run on an Umbraco site, and contact and form data can sync to HubSpot through its API. Marketing gets CRM data, campaign tracking and automation while the website stays on Umbraco.
It depends on the site. HubSpot CMS suits marketing-led sites managed by a small team inside HubSpot. Umbraco suits larger content estates, complex integrations, strict accessibility or hosting requirements, and organisations already using .NET or Azure. We recommend based on your requirements, and both options use the same CRM data.
Yes. We audit properties, lists, workflows and integrations, remove duplicates, fix data mapping and rebuild automation where needed. We also migrate data into HubSpot from other CRMs and spreadsheets.
Websites, payment gateways, donation and event platforms, ERPs, finance systems and in-house applications. If a system has an API or supports webhooks, we can connect it to HubSpot. See our integration services for examples.
